Years ago one of my grannies, as she got to the end of her life, would always eat her dessert first before the "healthy" part of her meal. I don't know if we return to our childhood when we're really old and just prefer sweets or if she was thinking better eat this first because I might not make it to dessert!!
Did you know that it's okay to eat dessert first once in a while? While I would definitely not condone it as a new habit, I would definitely suggest it occasionally! Having a rough day? Eat a cupcake!!
