Since most songs last around three minutes or so, play your favorite boogy song and dance before jumping into the shower.  Nobody's looking!  Just take those three minutes and move your body to the beat. Doesn't matter if you're any good or not, the benefits are priceless!   Before the three minutes are up, yep, that's it, you're feeling it -- those endorphins -- they flood your body and give you a boost.
